In the 21st Century, it is the mental health conundrum that everyone is trying to crack. With poorly wired emotional circuits, every second incident in our lives leaves us negatively affected. It leaves us feeling weak and lonely, which in turn, adds to what we call, “Depression”.

Depression is a medical condition and is a bottomless abyss which has drowned more than half the population of the world. With increasing work hours and decreasing human contact, mental health has become a major issue. More often than not, cases of people cutting their wrists, committing suicides and becoming anti-social flash on the screens of our televisions and mobile phones, this problem is constantly on the rise and demands a solution to itself.
