Symptoms of the New Omicron Variant to watch out for

As per the sources and researches conducted on the Omicron Variant, the symptoms are mild but very similar to the usual corona virus.

  1. Fatigue, Exhaustion: When infected, one might feel overtired and extremely exhausted leading to desire to rest. We suggest you get tested for Covid-19 in case you feel extreme fatigue, but it’s worth noting you may feel this fatigue due to other health reasons also.
  2. Mild Fever: The person may experience mild fever which goes away on it’s own. This mild fever is almost always ignored by us, but it’s about time to keep an eye out for this.
  3. Night Sweats and Body Ache: One might also experience night sweats and lots of body pain. Body pain is also a symptom accompanied with viral fevers in general. However, given the current circumstances we suggest you don’t take this lightly
  4. Dry Cough: We don’t need to tell you about dry cough, but it’s the most ignored symptom of all. We just shrug it aside all the time but considering everything, do not ignore for the next few months.
  5. Scratchy Throat: Ok this is something you may want to look up to understand better. Scratchy throat is different from sore throat. Scratchy throat is more on the uncomfortable side rather than the pain of sore throat.
