To have better oral hygiene always clean and brush the surface of your tongue daily. The best way to maintain your personal hygiene when you are in office is to always carry your own coffee and tea mugs and wash them at least twice a day.

We all love to put on makeup but we generally forget the aftermath of it. We all tend to use and reuse the same old and used makeup brushes and sponges.
