This episode of hugging and winking at Parliament became viral as the former leader of the Indian National Congress was not politically correct. Rahul Gandhi was mocked on his behaviour by several remarkable politicians.

But, today, by keeping his youthful behaviour aside, he manifested his congressmen’s skills to the world through his tweet.

Today marks a special day for Congress’ Chief as he turns 49 today. And, the day became extra special when our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, tweeted: “Best wishes to Shri @RahulGandhi on his birthday. May he be blessed with good health and a long life”

Rahul Gandhi replied to PM Modi’s tweet cordially saying: “Thank you for your greetings Narendra Modiji. I appreciate them.”

Twitter is flooded with Rahul Gandhi’s birthday wishes. From former Karnataka Chief Minister, Siddharamaiah, to the former Tollywood star, Nagma, everybody, who is associated with Congress are updating their Twitter Handle with a picture with the Congress’ president.

Rahul celebrated the day with his congressmen and was showered with beautiful roses. He was also spotted with a box of ‘motichur ke laddu’ in his hand which he was distributing to the media reporters.

Congress began Rahul Gandhis’s birthday by posting a video on how Rahul Gandhi inspired Indians around the globe.
