She was the granddaughter of Akbar Hydari and the grandniece of Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari, former Governor of Assam. Aditi chose to act and started her Bollywood career in the year 2007. She was a royal as her maternal grandparents, Raja J Rameshwar Rao, headed the administration of Wanaparthy state and Shanta Rameshwar Rao, was a respected educationalist of Hyderabad and the Chairperson of Orient Blackswan publishing house.
